TARA DEALERSHIP WARRANTY TERMS

TARA Golf Cart Dealership stands behind every cart we build. Each new TARA vehicle purchased through an authorized dealer is covered by the following limited warranty:

1-Year Whole-Cart Warranty

The complete vehicle — including the frame, motor, controller, charger, and factory-installed components — is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of delivery.

8-Year Lithium Battery Warranty

The lithium battery pack is covered by a generous eight (8) year warranty, assuring its long-lasting performance for years of worry-free driving.

What Is Not Covered

• Normal wear items such as tires, brake pads, bulbs, and fuses
• Damage resulting from accident, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification
• Damage caused by improper charging, storage, or maintenance contrary to the owner’s manual

How to Make a Claim

Warranty service is provided through your authorized TARA dealer. Simply contact the dealer where you purchased your vehicle, or reach out to our dedicated sales or after-sales technicians for assistance with any warranty question.
